Commission request:

Please draw a picture of a 50 foot tall Katy Perry with BBW (big beautiful woman) proportions - I'd say 250 to 300 pounds or so - with green hair wearing a black skirt, rampaging through the busy downtown commercial section of a city while eating little people off the streets? I'd like that ever so much! colon three

Excuse me,but you happened to use a picture of mine on a Deviantart cringe video without permission.I only have one thing to ask you...
Why dont you like bronies or pegasisters?
Is it wrong to be a part of a fandom like that,I mean what, now your gonna bash on the Undertale fandom, huh?Or the Warrior Cats Fandom,oh how about the FNAF fandom huh.
It gives you no right to post my picture on thier or rather say any thing rude a bout it.If you want to bash someones head in then why dont you go to the disgusting people who post nude pictures or the recolor ocs,
This is all I have to say

I understand that it may have made you mad but from a legal perspective he did nothing wrong. The reason for this is that he criticized your in a transformative manner which falls under fair use, the same law that allows someone to make fan art of anything without permission. I'm not criticizing you in fact I used to be made at people for using my work in videos, there I realized that if they didn't have that right than fan art as a whole wouldn't exist. Think about it this way would you rather A. have no fan art or any kind of transformative content or B. no one criticizing your work with out permission. If you choose A. then please respect other people's legal rights.

If you don't want people to use your picture, don't post it online.

To be fair, Jim has stated before that he really doesn't mind bronies (See The Hugbox Chronicles: My Little Molestation, a video about the whole Princess Molestia/PinkyPony incident a couple years back). Frankly, I also used to be a gigantic, almost fanatic fan of the show as well, but I was never too offended if someone criticized or insulted my work. Heck, even your art that he uses in the videos isn't even half bad, compared to what I have myself drawn or seen others draw, in the past. I think what he was doing was basically using you as a light, basic representation of the darker side of brony deviants. And so, Vexter, that is all I have to say. There is no need to panic or be upset.
